A Draft Orders Exhibition was held at Deeside Leisure Centre on 11th, 12th and 13th of January 2007 to illustrate the proposed improvement scheme to the general public. Prior to this, on the evening of the 10th January 2007, a preview of the exhibition was given to Local Elected Members, members of Flintshire County council, Local Community and Town Councils and other officials. At the exhibition large scale plans of the improvement scheme were on display to reflect the latest design information together with supporting statistical and historical information about the scheme. Brochures and leaflets were also available to visitors. Throughout the exhibition period, staff were available to answer question and discuss issues relating to the proposed improvement scheme. Information and guidance, in the form of booklets, was also available at the exhibition. All those attending the Exhibition were given a form to comment on any aspect of the scheme plus information explaining the forthcoming stages of the Statutory Process.
